"Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. "Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'Hôtel Galilée-Windsor. La chambre est spacieuse et agréable. L'Hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques pas de la porte Saint-Joseph du Sanctuaire. "This was a perfect room for our pilgrimage to Lourdes. We had a room with four twin sized beds for the two of us. It gave us lots of room to spread out our luggage from our multi-week travels. There is a closet with hangers and shelves for storage. The beds were very comfortable. We only wished we remembered to open the windows at night because the area was so beautiful. "This is my 3rd booking time in this hotel. I like the cleaness, the care for their guests and it is also closer to the train station just 3 min walking not bad if you have baggages with you....not need to wait for a bus to bring you there. Just few minutes walking from the Saintuaire but if you want easy take the city bus that travels every 15m.happy to go there"
