"We really enjoyed the room for the price. The food was great in the restaurant. However, in the restaurant, there are incredibly under staffed. At the front deck they need to come up with a better situation for getting the shuttle to the airport. We were told twice to come 20 minutes before wanting a shuttle. I asked if I could get a ticket earlier than the 20 minutes. So arrive at 840am the 9am shuttle was full and the 920 only had room for 1 person. This made for a very stressful morning."

Room was quite small and super cramped...ceilings were low and bathroom super tight. AC wouldn't cool adequately. We were traveling with luggage and top floor does not have lift access...

"It was a truly refined hotel and a perfect choice for my first visit to Lisbon.
The grandeur of the building, the elegance of its furnishings, its superb location next to the central station, and the outstanding breakfast all left a lasting impression on me. The breakfast was especially memorable—the fruits, particularly the Portuguese pears, were exceptional, and the jams, olive oil, and desserts were all of the highest quality.
What impressed me most, however, was the pride of a...
