"This was a nice hotel. The problem was I paid an extra $10 a night to get the larger apartment with a sofa and more square feet. We stayed there one night before our cruise and stayed in the larger room we had paid for. We came back after our cruise for a 4 night stay. They put us in a very small room without a couch. It was super tight. I called and explained that I paid for the larger room. They said, sorry, this is in the larger room category. I asked about the couch, to which they said,...

"Spacious room with kitchenette, large bathroom and shower area. Before the trip, excellent and very timely communication with Christina made eveything a breeze, she was fantastic! Complimentary water, wine and coffee and all toiletries provided. Area is walkable to see port and St. Nicholas church was gorgeous! Dinner recommendation at Zerbos from Christina was amazing as well- a perfect view for open air dining and view! SUPER great for the money and checking and out was a breeze! If going on...

"Good location. Kitchen facilities limited. No tea towel. We didn’t cook but one frying pan and one pot. Microwave but microwave dishes needed. Bed was comfortable but softer pillows needed. Wifi very good. Shower pressure wasn’t good. No coffee provided but a couple of different tea bags."
