"Overall, this is a very well managed hotel. Staff takes pride in the hospitality they provide. Everyone wears a smile, no matter how their day may be going personally, from the front end to the maintenance staff. Very clean throughout. Only disappointment during our stay was that the hot tub was actually colder than the main pool. The pool was very warm, however.
