"This hotel is amazing!!!! It feels you are in a fairy tail story or even Disney. A lot of activities for kids. Everything easy and without any error. The food was just good compared with the average waterpark resorts and many different options. I definitely recommend this one. I will be back this summer "

"Not so clean. Bed with sand. Had a kitchen but it didnt have dish soap, kitchen utensils or anything for the use of the kitchen. "

"The room was clean and pleasant. The rooms are ocean front with an excellent view of the beach and gulf. It was a quiet, peaceful stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. "

Even in the face of a group of aggressive younger guests, he was professional and collected and handled everything with a great attitude towards all. "Made my reservation several weeks in advance. They put us on second floor next to the mechanical room and ice machine need I say more. I was too tired to change room. Room was clean. A/C works. Noise level about a 6 out of 10. Pool is in small inside enclosure surrounded by 2 chairs. All it was missing was tadpoles and water lilies. Next to pool area was an exercise room.
