"It's an old retirement home, so the rooms and all the property is originally made to serve the original purpose. Clean and functional rooms. Good basic breakfast, but served in the basement. If you can't handle a little hospital-like environment, I don't recommend this for you."

"We stayed in the cabin that was very clean and the entire campground was quiet in the evening. Although there was no water in the cabin the bathrooms and showers plus kitchen utensils cleaning was very close. There are hiking trails close to the resort that are well marked to the seashore and wooded areas. The resort restaurant had a good selection of tasty meals at a reasonable price. Overall, we are happy with our stay."
