"Front desk staff was great! Breakfast was good and varied. Was able to park near my room in handicapped parking. However, no one cleaned the room or brought clean towels. Front desk was very accomodating. Bathroom sink in room 113 needs attention. Drainage is almost closed. Shower was fantastic! "

"We stayed for a dance competition. There was also some kinda basketball thing going on. There were lots of teen boys. They were very outta control running down hallways, yelling , slamming doors. This wen on Friday night prob till 12:30/1am. Then Saturday night same thing but i called downstairs to complain. The guy at desk was helpful said they hired a security detail because they had lots of complaints Friday night. He said he would send him up to our floor. The hotel its self was very...

"There were not towels in the room when I arrived. I had to go to the lobby to get some. There was also no hangers to hug my clothes 😞. A little disappointed about that but everything else was good. I will definitely stay there again. It's my 4th time staying at this hotel "

"The room is clean and nothing smells weird. Single elevator I saw is a super star, never stops and looks like it hasn't been cared for in some time. Hallway needed vaccuming badly. People in the halls most of the night. Breakfast area smelled very chemically, no way I would eat that. Coffee was fine. I feel more misled by Expedia than by the hotel. I don't know how this place got a "Very Good" "

"Of the three hotels I have stayed at in North Andover, this one is the cleanest and most convenient for me. Wish the prices would always be what I paid for this last 2 day stay, it would save me from having to go to the other hotels when I come up once per month for two days at a time."

"Parking, location, & price are the only wins. The property is run down. Room was not the cleanest, everything needs updating & a new paint job, heat took forever to kick in, & the one sheet/light duvet was really not helpful for the current temps & iffy heat. Will not be staying here again, but it was good for the pinch I was in."
