"If you’re going to be in the hospitality business then it might be a good start by being hospitable. Maybe the staff were not having a good day but we were not greeted by the staff and communication was perfunctory at best. Location was in downtown, about a mile or so from the harbor where the trips to the Kenai Fjords depart."
