From the cold, unwelcoming staff to the dirty, dated rooms to the old ugly dining areas with big heavy curtains and dark scratched floors-the hotel is clearly mismanaged. The entire place needs a good scrubbing, fresh coat of paint, and new furniture in the rooms as well as the dining areas! (looks like 1970’s card tables from walmart) "

"It’s great to have a spacious suite with a large balcony. However, the location right on the main road does not lend itself to a peaceful stay. My balcony was very close to the road and right above the parking lot. In addition, there were ghost ants in the kitchen screwing around every time we turned on the lights. More attention needs to be given to dishware – many pieces appeared to be quickly wiped down, not fully clean. More attention to quality control would be good. Given these drawbacks,...

"The folks at the counter, and the concierge desk were always so helpful and pleasant. There was a different person at the concierge desk every day, it was nice to get different opinions from them. The front desk crew were always smiling, and making sure we got our cookies! Yummy! We were very fortunate to have your restaurant server, Wu Yan on our last night before heading home. Very nice.
