"We were able to check in early without any problems. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The shuttle service to down town was a great benifit. The drivers provided a wealth of information and recomendations on where to eat and what to do on the island. Strongly recomend anyone making their first to the Keys to take advantage of this resort."

"We were very disappointed this year. Stayed last year and our room was wonderful. This year was a complete disappointment. Very little storage because refrigerator, microwave and safe took up all the room for drawers. Floor had nails popping through. Hurt my foot coming out of bed stepping on one. The floors were also sagging in some spots. The room had one small desk and only one chair. The lamp over the table had wires showing on the cord. So we were afraid to use it.
