"Great location with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops around. The walls, windows, and doors do not block out a lot of sound, but that is expected for NYC. You could easily hear the street and other guests, bring earplugs (they supplied some also). The towels were very low quality and each person only gets one per night, so plan for that. There is a strange smell in the entry way but the room smelled fine. The bed was comfy overall. I'd stay here again since it's close to our friends house for...

"The hotel seemed dirty. The front desk was very unfriendly. It was my daughter's 30th Birthday and I called ahead to ask them if they could do something special for her. That day came, and nothing was done. I would not stay there again, it is not a 5 star hotel it is more of a 3 star in my opinion"
