"Communication and staff were all amazing. Located in a great area short walk to almost anywhere.
Really loved that we were able to check our bags until our room was ready and store them there after we checked out, this allowed us to enjoy every minute of our vacation until it was time to say goodbye.
Building is beautiful, does need a little work to make it look more inviting and cozier. The pool and yard area need some heat and some clean up it would be much more enjoyable to spend time...

"Website images of room were very deceiving. Room was very small. Thanks goodness we had a balcony. Had to wait almost 45 minutes for the baker to bring our car. Went to the bar and they only had 2 bartenders making drinks and taking food orders. That wait was pretty bad as well we eventually left and went out for dinner. Won’t stay there again. Location was good though!"

"My stay here was amazing! Claude at the front desk is so personable and extremely helpful :) The property is beautiful and my room was super cozy. Brody was also so sweet and a great help. The area is perfect. It is right by the water but also close by bourbon street. There is shops near by aswell as cafes. Overall a great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone!"

"When we checked we were told there were no king rooms available. The friends we were traveling with were told there were no king rooms available AT THIS time but they could wait for one. Luckily I over heard what their desk representative was telling them because even after I stated that I paid for a king room the rep I was working with didn’t offer for us to wait for a room to be ready. "No Wifi. Repeat, no wifi. I had to use my hotspot. Also, received unrequested wake-up calls (2x) on the 2nd morning of my stay at 6:20 am.
The property is tired-looking and long overdue for a renovation. Bathrooms are old with fabric shower curtains. There are no plugs next to the beds, and the key card never worked properly.
The staff is lovely - this was the main positive. "
