"We had difficulty obtaining the check in information. This was through Vrbo so you are given the code to a lock box with the keys to the building and your room. We stood in the rain for about 30 minutes trying to get the information. The room itself was good. There was a nice bed and a huge closet. We stayed one night and a reasonable price. There is a hotel with a restaurant open to the public about 2 blocks away. Great pizza and beer. "

A thicker more expensive mattress or at least a thick mattress topper. Would solve the issue. Central location in Staines Upon Thames, so super convenient. Would I stay here again, the answer is Yes. "We were pleasantly surprised by the sumptuous decor of the hotel. Plus, the staff went out of their way to help us plan our excursion to London. The hotel is a short bus ride to T2 & T3 at Heathrow, which is why we picked it. You have to go next door to the Holiday Inn (actually an attached building) for drinks and a restaurant, but that venue is worth visiting in its own right. "
