"Reception staff were super helpful and showed us three room options. Room was large and spacious, however the aircon didn't work on the first night. Informed reception next morning and after the third attempt to remotely reset the aircon, we were informed that they needed a technician the following day. No help to us, but they provided a tiny fan heater that happened to have a single fan only option. This basically pushed the warm air around the whole night. So two warm unpleasant nights. In compensation, was provided a voucher for two drinks at the bar. Went down and got a red wine, from a strange bottle covered in wine spillage. The bar tender used a metal measuring jug before decanting it into my glass. That was a first for me. First sniff, I thought it was old and once back at my warm room had a taste. Yes my initial thought was correct. Poland is not a wine drinking hotspot and I hate to think when this bottle was opened. I've endured bad wine before, but couldn't drink this one. Had arranged to have breakfast before checking out at a reduced cost which was explained at checkin. Arrived at the breakfast buffet to be informed that their was no booking prior and we would have to pay the full price. After explaining the situation with the two young door staff, one went to fetch a manager. By the time the manger arrived, my wife was over this hotel experience and let them know it and we left to the airport without breakfast. Not a great Wyndham experience"
