"We had a two queen room that was quite large. The room had nice beds and high ceilings, but no fridge or microwave. I know there was one in the lobby, but would have been nice to have one in the room."

"Room clean beds clean just need new beds so they are a little more comfy, the staff is hard to understand the mumbles and they lied. I asked for more pillow im disabled n needed them and she said only one working and I am doing my paper work . Go down and shes doing her nails and still woukdnt get me pillows. "This place was disgusting. Our couch had no mattress and was caved in. Rooms were dirty, dishwasher unrun and full of stagnant water. Old water bottles under couch, pitcher with old veverage in fridge, crumbs everywhere, something splashed all over the bedding, red stains on carpet, totally gross. Do not recommend. "

"Hotel was closed for months. We were never notified. Called to find out increasing the number guest. Phone was answered by housekeeping who said the hotel wouldn’t be open until March. I guess Expedia was never notified by best western."

The lamp was visibly broken, the carpet was covered in crumbs and had earrings etc left on it, there was mystery residue on the wall behind the bed, burnt food residue left on top of the stove, small red stains on the bed sheets, and smears on the bathroom door including a dried up brown blob. We left the room immediately and spoke to the person at the front desk, who seemed very understanding and...
