"Location is good. Close to Key West with a comparatively affordable price. Would be nice if they had a beach for swimming. Facilities also need some uplifting. "

"Hotel pictures online have not been updated to current condition. All room doors are located outside. Gaps under the door which can let bugs in. After checking into our room, my family brought dinner to the room. After about 15 mins our counter and food was covered in ants. Ants were also in the bedroom and bathroom. Made our concern known to the front staff and all we were offered was a refund of the resort fee. Lot of money to pay to stay somewhere that has a bug issue. Will not stay there...

"We had a terrible check-in, not the resorts fault but Expedia. We were on the phone for over an hour with expedia customer service goung back and forth about our check in time, but luckily when we got there the worker was super friendly and had everything ready for us. Its a very neat experience and cozy. Very good layout for the size of boathouse so nothing felt crammed. Overall would definitely go again. In fact, we booked another night there."

"The accommodations that were offered to us were off property, faced a dirty lot with trash receptacles and smelled like mold and mildew! As soon as we saw our accommodations we asked for compensation, in which they blamed Expedia. Expedia told us that it was up to Parker’s to provide a refund. Upon later questioning partners lied and said that our flight arrived late and we never showed up. Funny how we have pictures dated at the time of our arrival of the horrific conditions. Do not stay here!"

"Our stay was amazing ! friendly staff, beautiful pools, and the grove was a great food and drink option. When we checked in, they upgraded us to a room that opened right onto the beach (we booked the room with a balcony) and it was incredible for soaking up sun during the day and relaxing at night. "

"The staff was always very kind and helpful. Daily room cleaning if you wish to have it done that often. Hotel in general was very clean. It was really nice to have the option of the pool or the beach to use. Loved the activities the hotel did for the kids - we can Easter weekend so the egg hunt and poolside popsicles were hit. We stayed in a room that did not have a balcony/patio so the ONLY possible complaint I have is that there wasn't much to use in the room to hang wet bathing suits/towels...

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and took time to answer questions and make sure we had what we needed. The room was smaller than what it looked like in the photos, but it was not small. There was plenty of room and the space was very clean. The breakfast, while good, was very much like your standard Hilton (Hampton Inn) buffet breakfast with servers getting your drinks for you. The pool was clean and refreshing. We loved the large selection of lounges around the pool as well...

"Unfortunately, we barely slept at night. The AC was old and very loud, so we eventually had to turn it off completely. Then the refrigerator started making noise, so we had to unplug it as well. On top of that, there was a constant machine sound from outside, probably from a neighboring AC or refrigerator that I could hear from our room. The pool restrooms were also not well maintained. The location, however, was great, we really loved it. The staff tried to be helpful, which we appreciated. "

"Very nice place to stay! Pool with bar is very nice plus really enjoyed all the hammocks and loungers by the beach. It was a little annoying to have to go to the restaurant to ask for ice and water since they don’t have any water fountains on the premises but the employees were all very nice about it. "

"Schönes Hotel in historischem Gebäude, wie die meisten in Key West ohne eigene Parkplätze. Zimmer und Bad freundlich eingerichtet, aber klein (für 3 Personen). An einigen Ecken renovierungsbedürftig. Frühstück gibts mangels geeignetem Raum an der Poolbar und bietet den üblichen US-Standard. Nette Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Zimmer. Passendes Ambiente für Key West, leider ziemlich teuer."
