"Perfect location close to city centre and lovely food court. Arrived early and was able to check in early which was great. Room was clean, tea and coffee making facility which was great. Only downside during the stay was the breakfast staff - in particular the two men who took your breakfast orders, they were grumpy, abrupt and sometimes rude which was a shame because breakfast itself was great."

"The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. A warning to any potential visitors, the underground car park is very small, down a ramp with a 180 degree turn at the bottom and in a medium-sized car was very, very difficult to manoeuvre and park. That said, the fact that we could park in central Brussels was a real positive. The location is brilliant and a 6-7 minute walk to the Grand Place and is surrounded by lovely restaurants and bistros."
