"The people were all genuinely nice. It’s a well located beautiful property.
Was there for a wedding. Bride had asked that i - in her close wedding party be on the same floor. We were not although we had booked many many months in advance. They never came to do my room although i had asked for it to be clean with a sign from 6-2 then dnd 2-3. We got back at 11pm and there was a note saying the room hadnt been serviced.
I asked at the bar what the gluten free options were/ could be. She just...

"The hotel was old, and I was woken up by a repetitive whistling sound coming from the bathroom. I had to move to another room that fell short of the luxury hotel standard advertised and for which we had paid. One of the women at the reception desk was very helpful and friendly. The man beside her, however, didn’t even return my greeting when I said hello in French. The hotel excels in its location but certainly needs to improve both its service and facilities."

9.2 trên 10, Tuyệt vời, (460 nhận xét)
"This apartment had virtually everything going for it. I would happily live in it long-term. One of the things I found remakable was the QUIET. The bed was also very comfortable. As a result we slept better in the Loft than in any other rented room we've ever stayed in.
The only improvement I would suggest to the owners is building better storage for clothes."

9.2 trên 10, Tuyệt vời, (780 nhận xét)
"Odd layout and a few niggling details. One bedroom upstairs with the kitchen, dining and living rooms. One bedroom downstairs with the entrance, laundry and bathroom. A nighttime trip to the bathroom from upstairs rattled the spiral staircase and woke everyone. A full kitchen with zero cutting board to use. The heat pump ran so loudly it could not be left on overnight. The laundry smelled vaguely of stagnant water. Great location though and easy in / out access."

"The property was built in 1925 and may have originally been an apartment building. My unit was a 2 bedroom apartment that had been very tastefully updated without loosing the originality of the building, very quiet and the bed was very comfortable.
It was located 1 1/2 blocks from the ViaRail station and within walking distance of many areas of interest.
If I were ever able to return to Old Quebec City, I would definitely want to stay here again."
