"We went without hot water for a day. Every time we asked the front desk for maid service for our room, never got it for one day. Our say was for 4 days. We ended up tossing up our trash and dirty linens in the hallway. Having to go down to the lobby and ask for new towels every day is ridiculous. Complained to the front and got blown off."

"I didn’t like that my suite had a shower that left the bathroom floor like a swimming pool, there were markings all over the wall in the bed room, the ac/ heat was not working properly even after maintenance fixed it. It went back to not working. The motor on the electric blinds blew out they weren’t working so no privacy. The kitchen itensils need to be relaxed they have hard water stains all over them. Nice looking hotel. The breakfast was serving rancid yogurt. Everything else was ok."
