We are regular visitors to the Acacia hotel. We have always been satisfied with quality of service, professionalism of staff, and rooms and other facilities. Particularly enjoy having a drink or a meal by the pool. It is simply lovely. We highly recommend.

They couldn't find our reservation, at first, and then they wanted to charge an extra 8000ks per day for our daughter, even though the reservation stated 2 adults and one child. We did end ...
