"This hotel is the best choice for flexible payment options and has the cheapest incidental rate I've come across. The staff are all extremely helpful and the placement of the hotel is perfect. It's a very short walk to a bus that will take you to both malls if you don't want to drive and another short walk to restaurants and shops galore. The staff are amazing and, while the price of the valet parking is a little expensive, it's worth the money to know that your vehicle is being well looked...

"The room was clean but had a distinct smell to it, I want to old smoke? But overall the room was adequate for the night we stayed. We asked a staff member for directions and were given not so accurate directions. Prior to booking we asked about parking, no one mentioned the overnight charge to park in the parking lot across the street."

"Booked on Expedia. Com. They tried to charge my credit card the morning of my planned stay, apparently it didn't go through for whatever reason....and so they cancelled the reservation I had in place for over a month. So I show up 1.5 hours after the "reservation" can't be guaranteed to be told that there are now no rooms available!! Why the hell are you charging for a room before I show up...unheard of!! Charge me if I DON'T show up like every other hotel on the planet !"

"Very disappointing and unsafe experience. I booked a room with a king-size bed. From the outside, the hotel looked fine, but when we entered the room, we were shocked. There was a strong cigarette smell, a dirty floor, exposed electrical sockets, and a large hole in the bathroom ceiling. The room clearly did not look ready or safe for guests. We complained and were moved to another room, but received a queen bed instead of the king we booked. The second room still smelled of cigarettes, and...
