"The good:The room was styled nicely and spacious. I was welcomed as well as given a welcome gift. The hotel is in a very good location to be close to activities as well as restaurants. There is a bridge that will take you to their casino as well as the sky tower, restaurants and other activities. The bad: They give you the option to reuse towels and wash cloths. My used *wet* wash cloth was rolled and set atop an unused one. That did not make sense to me. I ordered a club sandwich...

"After a long haul journey and arriving from overseas at 2am, we were grateful for the free airport shuttle bus and 24 hour check in at Airport Gateway Hotel. The staff were very kind and accommodating and we were able to arrange for a late check out, the night before, due to our jet lag.They kindly gave us extra coffee and milk, upon request. It was nice to be able to get filtered, chilled or bottled water at reception from the dispenser and reception. We enjoyed our stay and will come back."

"We had a wonderful stay at BK Pioneer! The place was very clean and felt just like home. Everything we needed was available from a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils to onsite laundry facilities.Housekeeping was done daily, which was a pleasant surprise. They changed our linens and made the beds while we were out, which made our stay even more comfortable. It was spacious, with a big bed for us and a separate room for the kids with two single beds.
