Khách sạn Lucciano

"Wonderful staff. A little dirty side of town but the grocery store and laundry were close by. Very clean."

"An Exceptional Stay — Truly a Five-Star Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Starhotels Tuscany in Florence, Italy! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, attentive, and professional. Their willingness to assist and make our stay as comfortable as possible truly stood out. The hotel itself is absolutely...

"Amazing stay …Thankyou"

"Lovely historic hotel. Comfortable room. Located near everything but out of the main fray. Great breakfast. Helpful staff. I would stay here again."

"Nice breakfast, clean room."

"The hotel was at a Good location. However, we stayed on the corner of 4th floor. We had to take 3 steps down upon entering the room. We only had a skylight with no actual window on the wall to look outside. The biggest problem was the room was really hot even with the ac on the coolest temperature setting. We had to open the skylight and we were still hot and couldn’t sleep at night."

"Me encantó el hotel, muy chic y moderno!"

"The hotel was wonderful, spotless, quiet and in a really handy location. The spa was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice."

"The property was very clean. The outdoor space was beautiful and the breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful. Room was very spacious. Overall great experience."

"Excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from Santa Maria Novella station and the historic center. The staff were very attentive throughout our stay, and the breakfast was great. A couple of things to improve: the air conditioning didn't cool the room well, and the bathroom had a few stains. Still, the service and the breakfast more than made up for it — I'd happily stay here again."

"Nettes Hotel. Frühstück sehr gut. Zimmer etwas klein."

"The hotel was in a great central location, but even the atmosphere of the hotel was perfect for Florence. Beautiful rooms, great courtyards, a great dining area and wonderful helpful staff. I'm used to staying in more corporate chain hotels - this had all the modern features and amenities but with style and class and elegance. You can't help but love the place as soon as you step inside."
