The parking lot under the building has extremely narrow passages - very high risk of scraping any car other than mini coopers. There is a Meyer Parking down the street that maybe better."

"Highly recommended in this price category. Great boutique apart hotel right in the centre of all the activity bars restaurants, 5 mins from the beach and 2 from a tram. Clean, tidy, small kitchionette with basic stuff, super friendly and helpful staff. Loved my stay."

"Great check in. The representative who helped us check in was absolutely kind and gracious. He speaks excellent English and has such good attitude. We appreciate him :) The hotel is walking distance to the beach, grocery stores and cafes. We had 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen and had more than enough living space. Would recommend this place! "

The location was perfect: close to all the attractions and a ten minute walk to the train station and a large Monoprix for groceries. I loved having dinnerware and a kettle to make tea or coffee. "The apartment was roomy. One of the three rooms was down below and didn't have any windows and had a slight old smell but super private. First time walking in the stairway was a bit interesting and looked like a breezeway was built between two buildings, ie a lot of electrical wires hanging down. I would still stay here again because it was a great location."

"My stay in the Hotel was a very nice one. The check-in was very easy only with a door code,wich i receaved the day before i arrived. Nico, the receptionist was awesome. He told me everything i wanted to know about my stay in Nice and some touristic information. If anything went wrong, he was there to solve the problem.
