(Staff just told us to sit and wait, that was not all that was needed to board, which caused a delay for us and other guests.) Room was clean but a bit run down. "Stayed here the night before our Disneyland day and when we arrived we were welcome with great hospitality the hotel looked very clean. It was in a great location close to Disney within walking distance or driving. Now when we stayed the cable wasn’t working at all contacted the front desk and they inform me that their cable wasn’t not functioning at the moment. That was very unfortunate because we came with kids and before bed they typically watch tv to wire down"

"We stayed 2 nights while at Disneyland, which was an easy walk from the hotel. Underground parking was free and convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and modern. We will definitely stay here for our next Disney trip."

"I loved how spacious the room was. Perfect size for a large family. My children loved the swimming pool on the roof rooftop. Also, it was very nice for lounging and having lunch, or watching the firework show from Disney. Breakfast was mediocre, but the coffee shop connected to the hotel was a plus. "This is an amazing hotel for families visiting the Disney Parks. The breakfast starts everyone off with energy for the short walk to the parks or an Uber whose drivers are very used to short fares to and from Disneyland. There is a beautiful pool on the terrace of the 6th floor and a Lifetime fitness equipped gym next door. We were thankful for our stay."
