"The air conditioning did not work in the room. When I told the front desk, they did not send anyone to repair it so I had to go purchase a fan. The hotel only comp for parking. We were given hand towels with hair on it, there was hair on the floor, and had to call the front desk because they didn't give us bath towels."

The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We especially loved the relaxing pool area—it was the perfect place to unwind. "Overall a great stay. Rooms were clean and large, and beds were comfy. The sofa bed was obviously not the most comfortable, but it was fine for a few nights. Pretty good breakfast every day. A few things to note: the walk to Disney is longer than you’d think. To get to the entrance it was 20-25 minutes. However, it’s only a $7 ish Lyft ride, so we did that most days/evenings. "Asked two different days for towels never got them came in at 7:30 well after check out and room was still not ready had to wait over and hour gave up and just got food instead of waiting "

"The location was super convenient. It took us 10 minutes to get from the property to the security gates at Disney. Easy, safe walk, even at night. The breakfast was plentiful, but the breakfast area was pretty crowded even by 6:30. Plan accordingly! The staff were very kind, especially the ladies at the desk. We had a little issue with our AC and had to move rooms, but the front desk staff took care of us. The pool was heated and not too crowded the morning of our departure. Overall, a great...
