"I travel a lot for business and this is one of the worst places I have stayed. We got two rooms, both the same and the same price. One of us got a 'Privilege room' the other got a prison cell. The prison cell was boiling and the window couldn't be opened. I asked to switch rooms, to which i was told there wasn't any spare rooms and they where fully booked which I found hard to believe. I asked about my colleague room and they said that also had air con, but they said there was none left. Fair enough, so they provided me a small electric fan, which made no difference, but they tried. Then at 1:30AM, my colleague was awoken to their bed being soaking wet and a leak coming from the ceiling. They then had no choice but to move my colleague, and guess what, to another 'privilege room' on floor 3, which must have miraculously just become available at 1:30AM. They also advertise, that they have a partnership to reduce their 'suggest' parking as there isn't any on site, yet when asked for the discount, they said they no longer have this, but yet the still advertise it. We would not stay here again. Terrible experience."

"Absolutely vile and not fit for a hotel! First time in my whole life I have ever walked out of a ‘hotel’ We walked in went to our room and husband had a panic attack. Snot and body fluids on walls sheets all marked. Urine or sweat stains all over mattress protector. It stunk to high heavens and was disgustingly. We had also prepaid for breakfast which they have refused to refund us. We then had to walk about hill looking for another hotel and were out of pocket. Please do not book and beware as hotel told us our refund lay with Expedia however Expedia told us it lay with the hotel. So we have unable to get our money back from both the hotel and Expedia and couldn’t even get a refund on the next day breakfast. So avoid at all costs. We ended up staying at the Hilton next to train station which was a million times better but please do not waste your money here or risk your health. Avoid at all costs"
