"The hotel was quite nice, but the front desk people need to be better trained or their booking system needs to be upgraded. When my friend and I checked in, they got her all checked in and gave her keys that didn't work. They checked me in and when I got to my room, there was already someone else in that room. "Our host was friendly and the room was clean. Our main complaint was that the AC stopped working and the room was very hot. We didn't want to disturb anyone during the late hours, but we did tell our host in the morning when we checked out so they could get it repaired."
