"Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were very kind and helpful. Be aware of the road if you’re traveling from Lugano - the hotel is located up on the mountain and roads were pretty tight and steep curved turns for about 20-25 minutes."

"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The spoke English which was helpful since we don't speak Italian. They had drinks available in the lobby for purchase and maps showed us where our location was on the map. Very helpful.Hotel is cute and charming basic, clean, there was a little wear visible around the bathroom trim but minimal. Hotel is in an excellent location near a store that sells groceries, clothing and other items. Near many restaurants and shops. A 5 minute walk from the lake....

"Schönes, sauberes Zimmer und super freundliches Personal beim Check in, wie auch beim Abendessen und Frühstück. Wir haben sehr gut am Abend gegessen und auch die Lage des Hotels ist optimal um hinunter zum See, den kleinen Parks und der Promenade zu gelangen."
