"We booked this apartment because we wanted the option of self catering and a terrace or balcony we could have breakfast on. The advert is cleverly worded and photographed to give the impression there is a usable balcony, with a city view. There isn’t, it’s the bottom of an internal light well complete with washing machine and water dripping from the air conditioning unit of the apartment above leaving a damp drains odour. "Amenities listed weren't accurate. No laundry, no Continental, we didn't even have water the last day. Like no running water at all. Ridiculous. Check in email stated we had to check in before 2pm or after 5pm so we changed our train time to get there and when we called to get inside we were rudely told Check-in wasn't until 3pm... they let us in half hr early eventually but this is a disorganized hotel.
