"I brought my dog. When I asked the front desk clerk about dog "potty" areas on the property, he didn't know of anything specific. He said anywhere is okay. I thought this odd. I chose areas on the property that were not close to the main entrance."

"the AC wasn’t working in our room - we were moved to a room with a working AC but the fridge wasn’t working in the new room and the carpet had sticky areas - at this point it was 10pm and my kids were sleeping so smdidnt want to move again - the “heated” pool was freezing - disappointed by amenities- but the staff was nice at least "

"Unfortunately compared to everyone else's reviews & great experiences my experience was absolutely awful & extremely strange! I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and on the 5th day i had to go inside the office & book another day unlike the other 4 days i booked online well i booked the room and paid for it and when i went up to the counter and gave me name the receptionist "

"I booked this property because it had a pool, and I had 2 grandchildren. I was told DAILY that the pool would be available, yet it was not. I stayed one week, and the pool was only operational during the last two days. Also, the breakfast was almost nonexistent on several days. I attempted to eat breakfast at 8:00 on 4/6, and there was no bread out for toast, no bagels or pastries, no hard-boiled eggs, no fresh fruit of any kind, and there was garbage on the floor, no one cleaning up the...

"The air conditioner in my room didn’t work and I informed the hotel staff but nothing was done about it , luckily I was only there for 2 nights . Also I didn’t really care for the breakfast."
