"We loved this 15th century palace with its grand entrance gates and sweeping courtyard with a “Giant Hercules gazing towards you as you enter. Our suite was spacious, well appointed and a welcome place in which to relax after wandering the university town of Padua. A large garden with lots of shady areas provided calm cool respite from the unseasonably hot weather. Breakfast, on the day we had it was generous and included dainty sandwiches served on pretty crockery, freshly cooked eggs on...

"Struttura con un po' di anni ma tutto sommato ben tenuta ed in parte ristrutturata. Servizi buoni, personale gentile e disponibile. Prezzi nella media."

"personale gentile e professionale. La camera era pulita e spaziosa. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti ma non hanno rifatto la camera dopo la prima notte. Forse non usano rifarla dopo solo una notte. Per noi non è stato un problema. Colazione buona. Parcheggio ottimo, ampio e di fronte all'ingresso. La piscina non era ancora gestibile perchè fuori stagione, ma comunque non avremmo avuto occasione per andarci. L'abbiamo vista, carina come da foto!!"

"The FREE spa service- is not a free spa service it’s the use of the pools. The spa staff is rude and do not speak English very well so they said yeah to the service but at check out the fought with us over the massage not being included. Other than that… the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are nice and the pool / sauna area was wonderful. Also breakfast was wonderful! I definitely would come back again."

"We were issued one key card for 4 travelers, then the room required that a key card be inserted into a slot in order to keep the room powered on. The result was that we came back from dinner to a hot and humid room that tooks hours to cool back down. Great stay otherwise, but that one factor was enough to make it a fairly miserable evening. Hope the savings to BW+ was worth it."
