"Breakfast staff was wonderful"

"Wonderful old school hotel. lovely grounds - area a bit run down but that's not the hotels fault. Only saw one little old lady working the 2 days we were there- super friendly - they had hot coffee in the morning but no food. The room was not old fashion I am happy to say with a big TV, a mini fridge and the best bed I have slept in for a while. I would stay there again!"

"The property is new, its great. But the TV is not set up for use, an there are no channels available. Also WiFi didn't work even with correct information having been input. These seem like small things but they are assumed to work, and when you arrive back to your room late, I dont have the patience to run these issues down"

"Everything’s fine you get what you pay for but for some reason every time you try to take a shower before you fly out at 2:30 in the morning there is no hot water. You tell the front desk and they don’t seem to care."

I was asked for this ticket while having breakfast and was completely unaware of it. That should be explained when checking in."
