"Villa Reverie is gorgeous. Aspect looking out across Lake Como is fabulous. Staff are excellent. Customer service exceptional. Would we go again - absolutely. Highly recommend. "We arrived at 5 pm. Although check in was at 3 we still had to wait for our room to be ready. The property was beautiful. There was a piano player outdoors in the evening that was fantastic. Location was great. Beds very comfortable. Think the service could have been better at breakfast. Never received requested 2nd cup of coffee."

Outdated facilities — No fridge, no electric kettle, no elevator, weak water pressure, and extremely small shower space. Instead of key cards, guests are given a physical key. 2. Das beste war der direkte Zugang zum See. Liegen waren auch gut zu bekommen. Es geht zwar an den Liegen am See ein öffentlicher Weg vorbei, das aber kaum ein Problem ist. "the property is amazing. its in the center of Bellagio and its only 10-15min walk from it. if you get the chance get the room with the balcony you can see a beautiful sunrise and sunset overlooking lake como. the terrace alone makes any room you book amazing. you can take a trip around then at night just relax with the view of lake como before heading in for the night. the staff are wonderful. the hostess and everyone there are some of the kindest people you will meet in Italy as a whole. "The breakfast was very good but the on site restaurant for dinner was dreadful and wouldn’t go there again. The hotel itself and the staff were very friendly but didn’t expect a plastic bracelet round my wrist for the length of our stay! Would have preferred glasses in our room rather than very cheap plastic ones and would have liked the teas coffees and bottled water to be replaced each day - not worth the money we paid for a room of that standard"
