"Our experience at the resort was disappointing mainly due to poor maintenance and lack of staff assistance. First, the swimming pool was not properly maintained. There were tadpoles and insects in the water, which made it obvious that the pool had not been cleaned for a long time. We were told to wait while they cleaned it, so we went to do another activity. However, when we returned, no one was cleaning the pool and it was still in the same condition, so we were unable to swim. We also paid...

"No pool at all, dirty house, lots of bugs and bed is terrible no proper wifi. We got the wifi the day before we the checked out, not recommended for the money to spend "

"Small and really out of the way. The road is rough and seemed odd. The property seemed nicer than the location. For a tight budget if you don’t want a lot a space this place will do"

"Upon arrival we were greeted by at our car by helper’s to bring belongings up to the main house/ office. They were doing upgrades since pics had been posted. And concrete work on a drive area. The decent down to beach front is about 70 to 80 steep steps and inclines. There are 6 main huts there on the beach. Air-con and water heater in each. They are maintained and clean. You have a person assigned to you at the time you arrive to help with all your needs taking stuff down, foods, drinks. Our...

The biggest issue is communication about arrival. It wasn't made clear beforehand that you have to take a barge to reach the resort, with an additional ₱1,000 charge. Luckily, I had a local Philippine phone, which made coordinating everything much easier. If you're a foreign traveler without a local number, I...

"Staffs are nice, but need to fix the tent C3 coz the line of the bidet is broken, zipper of the tent is broken. Portable Ac didn't work. Food are horrible for the price..Not much option. Place is very nice though ,just need more attention with the facility. But the resort is very nice"

"First up...the tricycle driver who picked up us brought us to the old and wrong spot for boat pickup. We finally called and said there will be a late fee of 700 per room cause we were not there at 2.00. We were there for 2 but was dropped off at wrong terminal. They did not want to hear about it neither and make it right. The property itself does not at all look like the pics u see online when there were newer. The aircons barely blow cold and the portable potty were quite nasty as well. We were...
