Accueil sympathique. Entretien général au minimum dans notre chambre : lunette WC mal fixée, douche défectueuse, éclairage minimum, eau chaude une fois sur deux, décoration inexistante dans la chambre et ... dans l'hôtel. Propreté laissant largement à désirer un peu partout Restaurant plutôt satisfaisant, mais cher et irrégulier, notamment, même plat pris sur 2 repas : 1 fois : génial et la 2° fois plutôt très ordinaire. Petit déjeuner banal.

Le gérant est accueillant et souriant mais l'hôtel a vraiment besoin d'un rafraichissement, le confort des chambres est très basique et la propreté laisse à désirer, des araignées dans la salle de bain... nous sommes à la campagne d'accord mais la présence de nombreuses toiles d'araignées au plafond et dans les coins laissent à douter sur le ménage. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant ni le petit déjeuner donc pas d'avis là dessus.

Très bon week-end passé dans cet hôtel. Le repas du soir était vraiment top. Le petit-déjeuner était bien. La seule chose qui manquerait serait des céréales. Le patron est très sympa et avenant. Très bonne adresse !

Nous avons été très gentiment accueillis dans cet hôtel très calme et bien entretenu. Le point fort est certainement le restaurant qui propose des produits frais provenant de la propriété même ou de producteurs de la région. Nous nous sommes régalé. L'accueil est chaleureux et sympathique. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses

Rural location great for cycling and walking.
I arrived at 10:00 for a 14:00 check in and was given my room. A warm welcome. I had dinner in the hotel which was good wholesome food, ideal following a day cycling. The location is very rural, but perfect for a day on the bike in the Pyrenees, I managed the Marie Blanque, Aubisque and La Pierre Saint Martin in 2 days!

Nice location
Overnight stay on way back from Spain. Warm welcome. Room was a little tired but generally clean and tidy, plenty of space. Unfortunately we were over the restaurant and on and off throughout afternoon tables and chairs were constantly being dragged around. Together with an annoying 'kitchen to restaurant' swing door constantly banging as people went in and out of it, it was not a peaceful or restful afternoon. I think it was a little pricey for what it was but convenient if you don't want go out of your way into Pau.

Zeer goede keuken met mooie keuze op de kaart in lokale producten. Leuk buitenzwembad waarvoor je wel de baan over moet steken. wij hadden geen goed wifi signaal in de kamer, maar overal elders in het hotel zeer goede ontvangst. Goeie services en vriendelijke mensen. helaas geen tijd gehad om de spa uit te proberen. Op weekdagen komen er vrachtwagens voorbij van een nabije grindgroeve, dat kan wel storen.

Charming Inn Near the Pyrenees
The Au Bon Coin is a charming country inn located in the foothills of the Pyrenees, near the village of Oloron-St. Marie. It is run by a couple who obviously want to take good care of their guests. The only downside during our visit was the lack of air conditioning or even a ceiling fan. This would not be an issue except on a very hot summer day, which describes our visit. Still, we would definitely go back for the excellent customer service, if not for other reasons, not the least of which is the stunningly beautiful countryside.

Une très bonne adresse
Hotel très sympa, perdu dans la nature avec un très bon menu basque comme dîner. Les patrons sont très conviviaux. A séjourner pour visiter les Pyrénées ou avant de traverser par le col pour l'Espagne en venant de l'ouest.

Mais l'escalier qui mène aux chambres poussiereux, propreté de la chambre moyen avec en prime un araignée au plafond, les murs ne sont pas trés épais puisque on entend les gens du resto en dessous et le voisin prendre sa douche. la chambre avec vue sur la montagne mais c'était vue sur les ronces et les orties
