"The room was perfect and very clean. We spent 3 days by the pool which was the highlight of our weekend. All of the staff were very courteous and friendly. The resort is so huge and it was our first time there so we were a bit overwhelmed the first day. However, the staff helped us situate and made several recommendations to help us enjoy our stay. "They advertised that it was newly renovated and had great amenities. I checked in at 3:30 and did not go to my final room until 8pm. Two of the rooms the door would not lock. Every room was filthy. Mold in the icecubes. Hundreds of dead bugs around patio light. 3 nights in a row the water was shut off all night. So loud with the construction. No phone in the room.
