Very charming and quiet stay. Old world aesthetic in good condition (for example, air conditioning worked very well). Clean and comfortable bedding and bathrooms.
We loved this property. Personal touch at check in, quaint, clean, comfortable, quiet. Huge room looking out over the tree-lined street. Excellent location- walkable to the Grund area with restaurants and the quaint overall feel of that area of Luxembourg City. 12 Min drive to the airport was helpful for our morning flight out. Great stay!
I recently stayed there for a weekend in April, which was very nice.
When I arrived, the hotel was even better than I imagined for the pictures I saw online. It was so very nice, and spacious room with a classic look, just impressively appealing. A nice little hotel they only had eight rooms but they were fabulous rooms with painted birds on wooden doors and plenty of room for everything you would need.
The reception staff were very friendly and professional and absolutely excelled at customer service. It was a really wonderful stay and I would gladly go back there if I ever visit LuxembPitt again.
The hotel was in a great location. The room was appointed nicely. It had a lot of personal touches.

Booked and paid through Expedia. No receptionist on duty so collected key card as requested from a locked box. Dark hallways and tripped over a stair finding room. Next morning was told I hadn't paid my bill. I told them I had, through Expedia. Insisted on payment. Taxi waiting so I paid with a view to sorting it out later. Later realised that they had given me someone's else's bill (after Expedia very helpfully intervened). Very poor. I will not be returning.
I had meetings in Lux City and i usually stay at Sofitel Le Grand Ducal but it wasn't available. Via H.com i found this place and i am extremely happy about the choice. Hotel has 7 rooms, i believe, and is a bus ride away from Haute Ville and the train station. i came from london and took a taxi but i pretty sure i could have come by bus, all free in Lux. my room was pretty large, all a bit old style and maybe not for tech lovers but i adored it. apparently hotel is best known for its restaurant which i will eventually try in the future. as everything in this little jewel of a city it didn't come cheap but here nothing is. i had a simple breakfast because i decided to have a simple breakfast but more choice was offered. Professional staff all together. i am very happy and i will go back.
The room we had was absolutely beautiful, although the air conditioning didn’t adequately cool the space. The hotel was closed on the day we checked in, which was quite odd, but instructions to get room key were very clear. We only stayed one night, and checkout was not good. Although I paid for the hotel stay through Expedia at time of booking, I was told I still owed for the room and needed to pay. I later provided my Expedia receipt and then got a refund. However, as I was getting into my taxi, I was called to come back and provide my credit card to pay 50 EUR for a second bed. I did so, with the time adding 10 EUR to my taxi fare. I later challenged the fee since my Expedia booking and payment was for a double room, and the hotel ultimately agreed and didn’t charge me anything additional. Very chaotic and disorganized, but a truly beautiful place.
