"This isn't a real hotel. It was more like a cabin with a bar next door and the bartenders are used as hotel employees.. even though I don't believe they are truly affiliated with the hotel. The hotel had no amenities. Not even a vending machine. Thirsty? Bar. Hungry? Bar. The TOWN has almost no amenities. Everything is closed by 6:30. I almost got on a train and left. Road construction of course isn't regulated like the stores. Meaning the stores are legally required to close but road...

"Nice large room with a huge balcony featuring a lovely mountain view. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was very spacious; a closing shower door would have been nice but thats a minor gripe. Location was convenient for the bus downtown, which was paid for thanks to the complimentary Lucerne travel card. Overall a very nice and peaceful stay - we would stay there again."
