"We were given an accessible room which we didnt mind as it has wider space. Few minor things: the tap in the bathroom was a bit loose from its base but doesnt affect its function although it is wobbly,towels were very small like face towels and not the bath towels one would expect from a hotel and no hair dryer. "It was a great experience except for the fact that check in time was 2pm and they told us to wait as they still need to "touch our room" and we sat there for a good 45 minutes until we decided to go back to the counter and reinquire about our check-in to which they apologized and proceeded to give us room keys.
