"The front of house staff were incredibly kind, helpful & welcoming. The staff at breakfast were the perfect hosts too. Lovely room which was well equipped with glassware, toiletries (didn’t even need to have brought a toothbrush!) fluffy towels + bathrobes & slippers! We also had one of the best nights sleep of our holiday. Would highly recommend to family & friends, & should we ever find ourselves in Nicosia again, we know where to stay! Free parking was also massive plus."

"The bathroom was not well maintained. There were yellow pee (3) on the toilet seat with hair! Then dirty around the base of the toilet. Shower wasn’t great either. We stayed only one night and it was too late to go anywhere else. We stayed in 5 hotels during our 11 day adventure and ranked this #5 for worst!"

"This is a nice city hotel, with a nice pool area. Breakfast is quite good. On the minus side, the gym and pool are closed in the morning. This is the only time that a business traveller can usually get their workout done. Also the carpeting in the hallways and stairs is faded which makes the place look dirty and old."

"My room had several problems that I reported during checkout
Need a seat for people who are waiting for a taxi to arrive at the hotel. No option to sit somewhere and watch when the taxi arrives. You have to be on your feet.
Very helpful staff at breakfast, and the buffet was good.
The room was tiny, with only two feet on each side of the bed. Although you’re in EU, the outlets were UK standard, except for one.
Nice toiletry supplies. Toilet was loose."

Special thanks to Elena the housekeeper who made our stay even more wonderful and to whole staff. We hope to come back in the future and highly recommend here for anyone staying in Nicosia ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
