"The staff were absolutely fantastic, we loved our stay, we were only in town for a weekend visiting friends, but wished we could have stayed longer. Also, the room was decorated perfectly, it looked like boutique hotels I've stayed in all over the world, but with more space."

The breakfast was not totally cooked, the eggs were rubber, and there are no vegan options other than toast. Appreciate the thought but not worth the price everything is frozen processed food noth made from scratch."

"The staff were fantastic, even though the water was off for a couple of hours due to circumstances beyond their control. They made sure we were well accommodated, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We should have been told beforehand that they're doing major renovations. Only a few rooms were open. Want a coffee maker in my room. Also, don't tell me breakfast is included and then make it grab and go in the lobby. The photo on the website looked like the breakfast space but it's actually the restaurant next door. Settings on the TV made watching sports impossible. Couldn't follow the ball in the World Cup games as color Settings were so bad. The staff are great. Will possibly not be...

"Room was a corner unit that was very small. You couldn't adjust the thermostat as there is no way to in the room. Old hotel which needs upgrades"

"This hotel is the most filthy hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I left after one night. People across the hall was arguing all night long. They did not mention they allow the homeless to stay there either. This hotel smells like a dirty ashtray and stale weed. I will never stay here again"

"Noisy wall AC in the room. Sheratons should have central AC. The food was OK but I thought it would be a bit more upscale in a Sheraton. Plenty of parking. Helpful & friendly staff."

"Stayed one night on July 3/26. The toilet seat was not attached properly and was almost sliding off. Toilet roll holder was in the most bizarre spot. Very low to rhe ground in front of toilet, I could barely reach it.. Air conditioner was super loud and we could not turn it down. We checked out just before 7am and the desk clerk was fast asleep, I had to raise my voice to wake him up! We will not go back."

"We were surprised to learn we'd be staying in what amounts to a college dorm. But it was a pleasant surprise. The room was large with two double beds, divided by a half wall. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Room had a full size fridge and microwave. Only thing we didn't find in the room was a hair dryer. We arrived very late, after midnight. The gentleman working the check in desk was very polite and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we pass back through."
