"This property included both a small refrigerator and a microwave, as well as a kettle, all in good working condition. The staff were very helpful and obliging whenever I needed help. Convenient location to public transportation, buses and city rail link. ALso close to an excellent restaurant, Tilly's. I enjoyed my stay."

"Excellent facilities."

"I had a fantastic stay over the weekend. The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent amenities, including a good hair dryer and a wide selection of different teas and coffees available. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Good range of hot foods: eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Plus plenty of choices for fruit, cereal, pastries, bread and spreads. "Disappointing stay overall. The room was not clean when we arrived – there were spider webs in multiple corners and on the ceiling. The door was already unlocked/open before we even used the key, which felt unsafe. On top of that, a few bees were flying around inside the room and we had to deal with them ourselves. These cleanliness and safety issues really spoiled the experience. Staff were okay when we mentioned it, but the room should never have been given to guests in that condition. Would...
