"Room was generally great, couple of issues- toilet kept running when flushed and the hand towel holder was hanging off the wall by the time we left. Was concerned that there would be noise as looking over Newgate street but not an issue and was perfectly quiet. Very comfortable bed."

"Breakfast finished at 9 which was early, facilities were good but get that run down feeling. Only 1 lift. And no water in room"
