"Arrived and the key press was easy to locate and access, however the key provided didnt fit the lock, it was 2° outside i called 3 different phone numbers and no one answerd, i spoke to hotels.com and they couldnt help ether, i had to book alternative accommodation and take a taxi to it as it was in the middle of nowhere. I asked for a refund and they said no, and couldnt even give a good reason why i didnt stay here. Some items were damaged on my arrival it hadnt been cleaned as there was...
