Studio qui manquait cruellement d'amour... Nettoyage déficient, cuisinette non complète, propreté douteuse de la cuisinière. Matelas confortable, mais pas très propre non plus. J'ai demandé à changer de studio à l'arrivée, car la première chambre, était franchement pas propre.

Hôtel situé dans une zone en travaux, assez éloigné du centre ville mais avec des transports en communs et un grand centre commercial à côté Peu de communication avec les membres de l’hôtel, mais le plus gros problème a été la propreté: la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée et rangée de tout notre séjour, ce qui ne pose pas tant problème seulement nous avons fini sans papier toilette lors de notre dernière nuit. Propreté à l’arrivée à revoir, on a retrouvé un faux cil dans nos draps….

Checkin was alright. Basic functional rooms with a lot of visible wear and tear marks everywhere. Definitely need a deep cleaning. When we came back to the room at 10 pm, we discovered no hot water in the taps/shower. The receptionist(Sarah) told me to check the circuit breakers and then discovered that the boiler controller was switched off. She came to the room, switched it on and left. After waiting for 10-15 mins, I called her again and she told us to wait an hour to get hot water. That means no shower till 11 pm!! When I asked her why hot water wasn’t checked before allocating the room, she started giving reasons like the boiler was programmed to run three times a day, the previous customer used all hot water, housekeeping are not supposed to check hot water,etc. On questioning why I wasn’t provided that information at the check in, she accused me of doing drama over hot water. Finally she provide another room and I had to go and check if hot water was in there. So definitely a rude and unprofessional receptionist made my stay not great. No air con, had to leave the windows open all night. it was so noisy outside. Barely slept. Definitely avoidable hotel

cogimos 2 habitaciones, una estaba bastante bien habian arreglado la cocina y el baño y era mas amplia, pero la nuestra era mas vieja, tenia telarañas en las ventanas, la cocina los muebles viejos, eso si tenia microondas pero tuvimos que pedir 1 paño de cocina, no tenian bayeta ni papel de cocina, ni servilletas, el menaje contado 2 platos, uno hondo y otro llano, 1 cuchara y 1 tenedor...todo asi, el baño si estaba reformado

長期滞在には非常に使いやすい間取り。居間、寝室、バス、トイレが分かれているのがとても良い。広いワークスペースがあるのも良し。ここまで使い勝手が良いホテルはあまりないと思う。

Nous avons passez 2 nuits dans cet hôtel avec petit déjeuner. L’hôtel en lui même est bien si ce n’est que la propreté est limite au niveau des sols, ça manque d’un petit coup d’aspirateur, mais sinon le reste est propre. Malheureusement le personnel n’est pas vraiment agréable… En effet lors de la réservation nous avions choisis cet hôtel pour un de ses critères, c’est qu’il proposait un parking qui n’étais pas très chère par rapport aux autres hôtels que j’avais repéré (12€/jour). À notre arrivé nous demandons donc où ce situe le parking et la on nous dis que le parking est complet et qu’il fallait le préciser en commentaire si on voulait une place ou alors téléphoner (ce qui n’était évidemment préciser nul part). Un peu énervé je demande gentiment où pouvons nous donc nous garer à proximité, et là réponse du jeune homme à l’accueil « je ne sais pas ». Heureusement sa collègue est intervenue pour nous expliquer que près de la gare il y a plusieurs parking à disposition. Tous cela sans vraiment s’excuser ou être un minimum empathique et sans jamais nous regarder quand il s’adressait à nous… Le jour suivant, en arrivant au petit déjeuner nous rencontrons une autre membre du personnel qui s’occuper de vérifier que les clients avait bien payé le petit déjeuner pour le séjour. Devant nous un couple pour qui ce n’était pas le cas c’est pris des commentaires d’un ton assez hautain en leur indiquant qu’il faut d’abord passer par la réception. Malheureusement nous ne reviendrons pas

Apart hôtel avec un emplacement idéal.le personnel est agréable et toujours présent pour le moindre problème. 2 inconvénients néanmoins : quand on entre dans les chambres, il y a quelquefois une odeur désagréable et plus embêtant : la nuit on entend en permanence un bruit désagréable (ventilation générale ? ), même si le prix des chambres reste quand même abordable, ces 2 inconvénients peuvent être pour certaines personnes rédhibitoires

Io e la mia fidanzata abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura dal momento che dovevamo prendere il treno alla stazione di Lione il giorno seguente. Siamo arrivati alle 23 e ci siamo ritrovati una stanza con pavimenti sporchi, briciole sulla scrivania e le lenzuola del letto macchiate. Lo abbiamo fatto presente in reception e ci sono state date delle lenzuola che ci siamo dovuti cambiare noi stessi. Nel complesso anche i corridoi e l’ascensore sono sporchi. Do 2 stelle e non 1 solo perché la posizione è sicuramente perfetta per chi deve viaggiare in treno.
