"When we arrived at the hotel, we were in shock at how run down the hotel was. The hotel sign looked like a tornado tore it apart! Everything was ripped off of the sign. From the outside of the hotel, you could see ripped curtains and broken windows. The hotel looked deserted. There was a letter size piece of paper TAPED on the glass door to the hotel that listed a phone number to call to check in!! I have never been to a hotel that's had a NOTE in a door with instructions to CALL a number to...

"All staff were very helpful- particularly when I left an item in my room.. they found it and sent me an online process to have the item returned I gave only a four stars as someone — not sure who- overrided my handicapped room reservation— we were given a room that was for hearing impaired, which does not work when you have a broken ankle. But the other staff really made up for it by their help and we generally really like staying at Home2"

"The property is very conveniently located, close to the Interstate, and with lots of options to eat nearby. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they have a nice lobby with complimentary tea and coffee service, where you can hang out in the evening. This is where they also serve a good breakfast. "Our stay was fine. There was easy check-in. Breakfast was super convenient. The only issue is that, despite being a non-smoking hotel (I think), there's definitely a smoke smell or some other dingy, old smell in the hotel. I'm not sure there's anything that can be done about it."
