"Clean and comfortable. Made very welcome. Shower is lovely. Room was very warm even with radiator turned down, as I was on ground floor couldn't really have windows open at night. Bit disappopinted milk and bottled water not replenished or bin emptied. "

"We arrived early at about 10:30 and were allowed to leave our car while we explored Kendal. When we got back around 14:30 our room was ready so we went in and settled in. My wife has an issue with onions her meal did contain onions despite being told they’d be excluded. It would have useful to know we could use the pool prior to checking in. "
