Communication before our stay was very good and an airport transfer was arranged through Centrooms which was appreciated since we were arriving in the early hours of the morning with a baby. First impressions weren't the best as it was a walk through a dark back yard to get to our block and the entrance/stairwell are very old. "The location is excellent! It’s located in the center of Kyiv so it’s close to many great restaurants and not far from just about any entertainment or attraction you’d like to experience. The breakfast was also great with many options like vegetables, meat, cereal, yogurt and even a chef that’ll make a custom omelette for you. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating and clothes washing service was very professional."
