"Very bad experience. The cleanliness was terrible: there were hairs in the bathtub, a sewage smell, and dirty floors. The towels were old and the room was very dark. You could clearly hear everything the guests in the room next door were saying. There was no coffee maker in the room, and no one informed us about services like the pool. For the price we paid, it was very disappointing. I do not recommend this place."

"Rooms are clean and nice. Air conditioners worked great. It is on a very loud noisy street. There are always loud guests walking around or playing loud music. The receptionist was terrible. I tried to check in after driving for 17+ hours and was told to wait a few minutes because she was counting money. It had been 15 minutes of sitting in the lobby when we finally asked again if we could get our room. She had an attitude about and told us to wait again. We told her we had an online reservation and she immediately blamed us and said well why didn’t you say that in the first place? She never asked us. I’ve stayed here twice but this last time will definitely be the last."
